John Tallarido

Jeffrey graduated from the University of Florida’s, Liberal Arts and Sciences Department in Gainesville, FL, Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Criminology in May 2005. While at the University of Florida Jeffrey was a Research Assistant to the Director of the Department of Criminology at Professor Lonn Lanza-Kaduce.

He then attended Nova Southeastern University’s, Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL obtaining his Juris Doctorate Degree in May 2008. While in law school Jeffrey earned the Book Award for Highest Mark in Trial Advocacy Workshop taught by Justice Linnea Johnson, Federal Magistrate, Southern District of Florida (West Palm Beach). He also received Highest Mark in Family Law Litigation Workshop taught by General Magistrate Philip Schlissel, Broward Circuit Court. During his time in he also served as a Legal Intern of Marketing for Justicia Artist Management.

 

Jeffrey has been licensed to practice law in the state of Florida since October of 2008 and is also licensed in the U.S. District Court, Southern District Court of Florida (August 2013 to present), U.S. District Court, Northern District Court of Florida (January 2014 to present), U.S. District Court, Middle District Court of Florida (April 2015 to present).

 

Jeffrey began his legal career during the financial crisis of 2008 jumping right in and focusing his practice almost exclusively in the litigation of Foreclosure and Debt Default related matters however he has touched on all areas of civil and commercial litigation during his time as an attorney. Jeffrey has handled thousands of cases and has accumulated thousands upon thousands of hours in Court experience appearing throughout the state.

 

A lifelong native South Floridian Jeffrey grew up in North Miami Beach, FL and now resides in Broward County where in his leisure time he enjoys playing softball and spending time with his girlfriend and their four adopted rescue dogs.
